Fear of Public Speaking – Power Posture

Power Posture: part 2 of your Pre-Speech Routine for fear of public speaking.

How you use your body in what can be termed a pressure situation could make the difference between Assertive/Confident or Shut down/Out of Control.

Baring in mind that the content/the words we use is only 7% of the overall message:

7% content
55% body language
38% tone of voice

Our non verbals do govern how we think and feel about ourselves.

Our bodies change our minds……and our minds change our behavior….and our behavior changes our outcomes.

Please have a look at all the other related video, posts and blogs relating to public speaking and performance. There are many pointers there for you to understand and practice.
